This month we're highlighting the "GROOVE" pickup
It was developed 2006 to fill the need for a humbucker in the neck position that would complinent the bridge pickup when switched between the both. Neck pickups tend to be boomier than bridge pickups because of their location. So I created an unbalenced coil configuration with the bobbin closet to the neck being underwound comparred to the other. The result was a smoother and more articulate sounding neck position humbucker
